Treatments
Clear aligners to straighten teeth gradually and discreetly. Treatment is planned digitally and reviewed in person, so progress stays precise and predictable.
Most cases are completed in six to eighteen months, with refinements included.
A permanent, natural-feeling replacement for a missing tooth. From initial assessment to final restoration, every stage is handled here in the studio.
Planning is guided by 3D imaging so placement is decided before the day of treatment.
A minimally invasive way to reshape, refine and brighten individual teeth. Often completed in a single visit with no drilling required.
Shape and shade are agreed with you before anything is placed.
Your treatment journey
Each treatment follows a set sequence. You will know what happens at every appointment, roughly how long it takes, and what is decided before you commit.
Typically 6 to 18 months
From the first digital scan to your retainers, aligner treatment is mapped out before a single aligner is worn.
A full hour to examine your bite, discuss what you would like changed, and confirm whether aligners are the right route for you.
An intraoral scan replaces impressions. You see a simulation of the projected movement and the final position before agreeing to anything.
Number of aligners, expected timeline, refinements and total fee set out in writing, including any bonding or whitening you may want afterwards.
Attachments placed where needed, first aligners fitted, and clear guidance on wear time, cleaning and what the first week feels like.
Short reviews roughly every six weeks to check tracking against the plan and hand over your next sets of aligners.
Any final refinements completed, then fixed or removable retainers fitted to hold the result.
A review at three and twelve months to check retention, and a standing invitation to call if anything feels different.

Every treatment plan is explained in full before you commit to anything.
Approach
Your first appointment is a discussion, not a sales pitch. We listen to what you dislike, what you would leave alone, and what you are willing to commit to.
Photographs, digital scans and imaging where needed, so any plan is built on what is actually happening rather than an assumption.
Options, sequence, timings and fees set out in writing. You take it away and decide in your own time. Nothing begins until you say so.
Unhurried appointments, a single point of contact, and review visits built into the plan rather than sold afterwards.
The studio
One surgery, one treatment coordinator, and a schedule with room in it. Appointments start on time because we do not double book, and the person who plans your treatment is the person who carries it out.
The studio sits a few minutes from Regent's Park, with Baker Street and Great Portland Street both within walking distance.

Fees
Treatment plans available from 0% APR over 12 months.
Patient stories
I had put off straightening my teeth for fifteen years because I expected pressure. There was none. The plan was written down, the cost did not change, and eleven months later I have the result I was told to expect.
Losing a back tooth felt like a much bigger deal than it turned out to be. The implant was planned in detail beforehand and the day itself was calm. I genuinely cannot tell which tooth it is now.
I am a nervous patient and said so on the phone. Every step was explained before it happened, and nothing was rushed. That alone made the difference.
Aligners first, then a little bonding to tidy the edges. Being shown the sequence and the reasoning, rather than being sold a package, is why I went ahead.
Appointments started on time, every time, and I always saw the same clinician. After years of feeling like a slot in a diary, it was a relief.
Questions
No. You can book an assessment directly, whether or not you are registered with another practice.
Assessments are booked for a full hour so there is time to examine, explain and answer questions properly.
Often, yes. Aligners followed by bonding is a common sequence. Where combining treatments is sensible, the plan sets out the order and the reasoning.
Fees are confirmed in writing before treatment starts. Plans are available from 0% APR over twelve months, subject to status.
