An intraoral scan replaces impressions. You see a simulation of the projected movement and the final position before agreeing to anything.

Written plan and fee
Number of aligners, expected timeline, refinements and total fee set out in writing, including any bonding or whitening you may want afterwards.

Fitting your first aligners
Attachments placed where needed, first aligners fitted, and clear guidance on wear time, cleaning and what the first week feels like.

Your first appointment is a discussion, not a sales pitch. We listen to what you dislike, what you would leave alone, and what you are willing to commit to.
Assessment and imaging
Photographs, digital scans and imaging where needed, so any plan is built on what is actually happening rather than an assumption.
A written plan
Options, sequence, timings and fees set out in writing. You take it away and decide in your own time. Nothing begins until you say so.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can book an assessment directly, whether or not you are registered with another practice.
How long is a first appointment?
Assessments are booked for a full hour so there is time to examine, explain and answer questions properly.
Can treatments be combined?
Often, yes. Aligners followed by bonding is a common sequence. Where combining treatments is sensible, the plan sets out the order and the reasoning.
How do payments work?
Fees are confirmed in writing before treatment starts. Plans are available from 0% APR over twelve months, subject to status.
